Cofinex also does not provide Services to customers located in, established in, or a citizen of Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Crimea and Sevastopol, Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic of Ukraine. This means that if you hold a passport from, or are currently located in one of the previously mentioned jurisdictions, you are prohibited from opening an Account or otherwise using the Cofinex platform.

Cofinex does not onboard or provide Services to customers located in Seychelles, Bermuda, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, Japan, Ontario Canada and Quebec Canada. This means that if you are currently located in one of the previously mentioned jurisdictions, you are prohibited from opening an Account or using the Cofinex platform.
